Hi Johnny UI know you were just passing along the link you had and thanks for that but Florida Times Union now has him as playing next week possibly:

Scobee said the quadriceps injury is not serious, and he expects to be able to play next week when the Jaguars play host to Atlanta. Scobee should have a better idea about his health by the middle of the week.

If Scobee doesn't heal quickly, the club could decide to add another kicker to the roster.
