What do you think about that Monday Night segment Jacked Up? I seem to think Berman and Steve Young are cringing inside having to act like they enjoy it.
How can you not enjoy a completely obnoxious, overdone phrase used to describe hits that are played in anti-climatic slow-motion? It's great fun for the family and friends.
A better question is does ESPN realize that other stations tend to hire attractive people?
The plays are exciting and fun. I have no problem withsome frivolous behavior now and then. It makes the men seem more human, and it's fun. But sometimes the players get hurt and it's noyt funny.

I think some of the hits are mundane, but there really are some good bits. Instead of a top 5 list, he should just highlight the best hits and if its less than 5 so be it.
