Jags WRs dynasty value (1 Viewer)

Reggie has shown flashes of production over the years.

Matt Jones has looked great and terrible in the same game.

Jerry Porter is ########

The Jags are a run-first team.

Are any of these guys worth keeping/drafting in a dynasty league?

I think I'd rather get Jones or Williams low than Porter higher. I think they have a higher ceiling.

I'd take:

1.) Porter

2.) Williams

3.) ...Jones

Porter is the best WR of the bunch. If he goes in with a positive attitude and get a good re pore with Garrard, I think he can have a solid year as a WR3, possibly WR2. With that said, Porter has 5 years on Williams, so long term Williams holds more value.

I think Mike Walker might have the biggest Dynasty upside of all Jags WR's and will probably come a lot cheaper than any of the others mentioned.

Jags WR slots are an absolute dead spot for Dynasty Owners...the Jags will never be a high octane offense, and they aren't even bright enough to get a good solid young RB in the draft to replace Fred Taylor...Jack Del Rio is about as good at building an a passing game as John Fox is at building a running game.

Tell us, what makes for a high octane offense?

Indy, New England, Dallas...somewhere that can manufacture points in a hurry...watching a Jags game puts me to sleep. And they address the DE spot in both the 1st and 2nd round...they did bring in a bunch of new crap to replace the old crap at WR, I'm sure they'll be fine.

MJD not good enough???

So, keeping MoP awake equals a high octane offense. Noted. The Jags O wouldn't want to strive to statistically be a top scoring offense or anything like that...

Evidently not. It was a backhanded stab at saying he thinks MJD is a bit player.

Reggie Williams was the number #14 highest scoring wide receiver over the last 6 weeks of last season...

He would be the one I was targeting...
