**Jaguars at Texans** (-5.5, 44.5) 1:00 (1 Viewer)

This is going to be a slaughter. I don’t think it’s a fair matchup. I protest this game before it starts.

Texans should bounce back back at home here.
Jags will play tough for a half...oh who am I kidding
No they won't.....

Texicans- 40
Duvaaaaaaaal- 16

HOU -6

If you took futures on Doug Pederson being the first coach fired, you may want to skip this game and start pricing out a new boat
I don't think they will fire him mid ship, they already had a complete and total embarrassment with Urban during Lawrence's rookie season
I wonder what they do if they end up at 4-13 or something like that, where do they look in the Draft?
The bigger question is why does their offense only put up 7-10 points a game?

Just traded for Etienne.
Not watching the game.
But Why did Bigsby get the 1st RB touch??
Etienne benched?

I think every Jags pass in first drive went after Pitre. Wonder if that is a game plan or coincidence.

Etienne on the sideline with his helmet off. Announcer says he’s not hurt but the team said they plan on rotating their backs. He’s only been on the field for one snap.

Lawrence overthrows an open Thomas in the end zone. Still no carries for Etienne. Announcers saying there must be something going on but they don’t know what.

Well if Pitre is covering Kirk in the slot all the time that's not a great matchup for us.

Just got lucky Lawrence sailed one over Brian Thomas' head. He beat Lassiter pretty well and that should have been another TD.

Not much Air Raid by TrLaw for such a close score at the HALF

TD by Thomas but otherwise not much, they just missed on another TD target that was like 30-40 yds so that would have been a big difference
Kirk 4/30, he's involved but not much production

Texans using a LOT of play action. Cutting into those rapid completions he did so well at last year I think.

Kirk wide open on the deep ball and Lawrence overthrows him by a good 5 yards, nt sure what he is doing
Next throw was an over throw to Gabe Davis

Finally hits Thomas on 3rd down but Thomas snags a personal foul after he catches the ball, that probably won't warrant a lot more targets
Thomas was celebrating and shooting the gun with his hands, booth was divided on the flag/call

If I wrote the rules... if you pick up a 1st then have a 15yd dead ball foul, you would start out 1st and 25 from the spot after the penalty mark off. Not 1st and 10.

I'm rooting for the Texans, but that was a lame call against Thomas.

Texans should be losing this game, but thank Lawrence for missing some wide open long TDs. Same lousy nickel safety schemes that can't keep up with WRs, offensive penalties, and inability to run the ball effectively.
