ESPN says status uncertain for next week..

Anyone watching the game [or Denver locals] have an update on this?? Did it look bad?

I guess there is an MRI today?

Which leg??

This from a Denver Broncos MB:

Read the thread about the perspective of someone who was there. He says JWalk was limping pretty badly after the game. Looks like an ankle though as that is what Javon was eluding to on the sidelines. I also think it was on his healthy leg and not the ACL knee so that is a plus. If it is an ankle I am sure he will just spat it up and take a shot. He has to feel like he needs to redeem himself.
Can't believe there is not more interest on this here...

Keep in mind that if its a high ankle injury, those aren't serious, but can tend to linger for up to 4 weeks. Im not saying its a high ankle, but if it is...

I'm interested, just waiting for someone with more info to post.

Sooo...

Who would be the WR to step up, should Javon miss a week or two??

Brandon Marshall or Kircus??

it would be marshall...if jake plummer could actually throw the ball next week...if anyone has an update please let us know...

If Walker misses time, look for Plummer to lock on to Rod Smith for about 20 targets, 7 completions, and 4 picks.

Saw him get up limping on TV in the 4th, didn't look like it was a "serious" serious injury, but I can see it lingering for a couple weeks.

I remember this

He went to the sideline (lower leg)pulled up his pants down his sock and the trainer was examining him. I don't recall him sitting after that either. TV commentator said ankle injury but blew it off.

Keep in mind ankles swell up huge the next days and while tender are far better in just 2-3 days. I'd say ignore Tuesday/Wednesday injury report and look for Friday's. With a softball for an ankle, he can't be looking good on tuesdays report

on the positive side, I can now bench him without overthinking things.

I'm looking forward to the Cutler/Walker connection in 2007, or maybe before.

:corrected:I have full confidence that if Walker is slowed, Rod Smith will be a superstar on Sunday.

I watched the super fan replay on direct tv. Not being a jerk here, but it looked like he broke his hands, not his feet.

Just saying.

Those who saw, how did he look before the injury? When did he go out?
He looked fine physically and will have a very good season. He was a little rusty as he did drop a very catchable ball on a slant where he appeared to hurt his finger. He just about made a remarkable catch that would have went for a 40 yard TD that just fell from his hands. Shanny will utilize this guys ability and I expect Plummer to bounce back from a dismil performance. Plummer had a really bad game which did not help.If you can get Walker for a descent price I would jump on this guy, especially in dynasty.
