Jersey Shore (1 Viewer)

Who is in that video? I can't tell these people apart yet.
It doesn't look like any of the guidettes, except maybe JWOWW, but without the blonde streaks. I think Paulie/Pauly is the guy with the back to the camera behind and to the left of the girl, perhaps the camera was covering him and caught this action.Edit: I guess it could be Snickers if she's standing on a barstool... I initially dismissed her because of the apparent height.

All these girls are awful. A couple of them could stand to lose 10-15 pounds. Snookie's the short fat one right? Hate to see the town where she's the Princess of the group. Was funny to see The Situation talk a big game then get pissed when the roomie got the girl.
I think it's Manalapan which is about as Guido a town as you can get
Manalapan's not that bad. At least it wasn't as recently as 1999.

I haven't read the entire thread but I have 1 question. Why do the guys look better than the girls? Italian guys help me out, I'm from the south.

I was going to say that too. It still isnt' bad. I think Righetti may be getting Manalapan (which isn't even on the shore) confused with Manasquan or some other similar sounding town.

quick question:

If a girl punches a guy, is it ok for guy to hit her back?

I could never do it myself, but for some reason I think it is acceptable (unless it is a crazy height/weight difference where the girl could get maimed).

I grew up next door in Freehold and knew/know a lot of people from Manalapan. Most weren't guidos.. Staten Island must have 20x the guido % that Manalapan does. It's an upper-middle class town with a lot of Jewish residents.

like neighboring Marlboro imo. There are a lot of rich Italians in that area though. "business owners", ect. ;) not the white trash italians featured here. (incidentally recently came across a new breed: Rich Italian Hicks complete with pickup trucks and hunting shacks).

LOLMy grandparents live in Manalapan in covered BridgeI used to see shows at the birch hill in old bridge. Ever been EG. Was great had hand painted pics of Bon Jovi and other hair metal guys on walls. Classic Jersey bar. Great shows there though

The girl getting hit is definitely snickers, I don't think the guy is a housemate though.
Guy is not a housemate (unless they get a new housemate down the road). Looks like it could be The Situation's brother then again most of them look a like so who knows. On ESPN the sports guy latest podcast goes into depths about this show. Great listen.

I used to live in Manalapan, parents still do. Over Id say the last 5-7 years, its gotten a HUGE influx of guidos from Brooklyn and Staten Island (which is where I came from). Nowadays, big Tony Soprano influence in the town.

Marlboro and Colts Neck are pretty much slightly richer, slightly more Jewish versions of Manalapan. Well, Colts Neck might be quite a bit richer.

Interesting. See, that's why I said "at least it wasn't in 1999" - you never know when this stuff is going to happen.

I've probably been to 300 shows at Birch Hill. :(

In fact, I actually roadied for Taproot there one night and also played on that stage with my shlock band at the time.

I have some extended family "business owners" in NYC/NJ who might take offense to that smiley...

I figured you had been there. Last show I went to there was a H2O/ Dropkick Murphys show. The dropkicks were pissed about BH ripping money off their merch so they threw 500 bucks into the crowd. Chaos ensued. The next time I drove by it was a retirement community.

These people are ######ing all the progress Italian-Americans have made since The Sopranos went off the air.

WHAAAAAAAAT ? It's gone? Ugh... that hurts. Place was like my second home.By the way, anyone know why a 1-hour episode of this popped up on my DVR from 2 AM last night? Did they split the first episode up into 2 parts for re-broadcast? I thought new episodes were Thursdays...

Yes, it's true, Birch Hill is no more. Not sure what the name of the community is but the sign in front describes it as _________ at Birch Hill.

I'm waiting for the season finale when the cast wipes off their spray tans and reveal that they're all British actors from the Royal Shakespeare Company.

So where's the venue for metal shows now, the place in Sayreville?
Yeah they have shows at Starland Ballroom (used to be Hunka Bunka)

Thanks, I looked for it on On Demand, but of cousre, it wasn't there. On Demand is worthless.

I'll check MTV later. I haven't watched MTV programs in years.

 at the guy that snickers brought back puking all over the patio.i was ready to turn this off after 10 minutes (because the people are annoying and just seem way too bizarre to be real) but now i'm pretty sure i'm locked into it.edit: :lmao: at pink eye.
 I must admit I cringed when "The Situation" got all heart broken over Sam. That was classic in a Swingers/Mikey Voicemail sort of way. I was hoping one of the house members would have looked at him with pity and said, "that's a sad situation". The dude with the pink eye is kind of a :nerd: Still can't believe that punch. That dude just cold cocked Snookie. Unbelievable. She's probably lucky she didn't piss him off on the walk home or it'd could have been much worse.

I was thinking about this show earlier and the only thing that would make it better is if they added a random person who had no knowledge of guidos, like myself, and see how they would handle the situation. The dumbfounded looks on this person face would be priceless.
