Vinny might be slightly "book" smarter, but Pauly has already parlayed this whole thing into a post Jersey Shore career. Hell, he went on tour with Britney Spears. Pauly off the charts more "street" smart or "business" smartI would probably put Vinny slightly smarter than Paulie but hard to argue that ranking.

Situation knows what he's doing, he's not dumb (vs rest of cast members). He knows how to command screen time and how to parlay his image when he really has nothing to offer unlike Paulie who is a DJ.

Completely, i didn't find her that attractive before(killer body) but now she's lost some of that fun weight and i think she looks creepy.....get her off the show

The situation has clearly jumped the shark. He came out of the gates strong, but his schtick has grown stale. Pauly is more of a marathoner. He has had very few exceptional moments (for JS standards), but is appeal is still there and I think it will be for quite some time. I've thought since the 1st half of season 2 they would have been better off treating Jersey Shore like Real World where they get a new cast every year and maybe have an "all-star" type season thrown in every few seasons.
Then the somewhat interesting characters could spin off onto their own shows like:
Situation of Love - Mike smooshes his way through 24 GTFers to find "the one"
MVP/GTL - these guys living together in NYC or basically just doing their thing, dump the chicks
Everybody Does Snooki
With keeping the current group, they all just became even bigger charicatures of themselves and everything is even more manufactured / recycled.
I keep watching this every week, though, so I guess I can't complain too much.

Watched the latest episode yesterday. Had an aha moment when the Sitch was telling Snooki on the outside porch how good he'd treat her if they were together. Mike is thinking future business here...he sees the success of all the couple reality shows. A Situation and Snooki as a couple show would be an easy sell. He's seeing the dolllar signs with this move.

I think it was for me. That last season was terrible. Maybe the worst season of any show I've ever seen. It's too bad because it was hilarious at it's peak.

Hopefully Seaside is their final chapter. Only person in the house I can stand listening to anymore is Pauly D. Really the only one of the cast I could see having any success with a spinoff show. (I think Situation's chances went up in flames with this past season)
