The Titans defense looked awesome. Aaron Rodgers is an absolute master at putting the ball only where his WRs can catch it. When he gets old, this will be what does him in and they'll be intercepted.
The Jets OL coach is a former Titans coach as is their passing game coordinator, RB coach, and WR coach. Downing has flopped the last two spots and he wasn't much last year in NY. Hackett is the OC but that's a lot of struggling Titans offensive minds to be counting on and rrrreally curious by the Jets. It's not often a bad team has their coaches cherry picked. Anywho...I wonder what the (largely new)Titans recognize and take advantage of. As I understand it, Downing is the QB coach and passing game coordinator and play caller BUT Aaron Rodgers can override him on just about anything.
Wilson's Ravens defense has had a lot of success against pretty much everyone mentioned.
I've never bet against Aaron Rodgers and I'd be all over him but this above should have bettors scared of a surprise upset.
Rain is probable and it'll be wet from rain in the morning if not. I prefer a back like Hall but today's NFL is supposed to be about guys like Spears and Pollard. I give the advantage to Breece if it's a run fest. Tvondre Sweat and Jeff Simmons could help even this out. A lot of talking heads say the Jets D isn't what it was.
Titans are to employ their pony offense more this week. Both backs and one can split wide or...not. Again I'm more a fan of Breece than these types but I am curious of the speedy buggers in the rain and they could be a problem.
Titans didn't practice special teams all summer

OK they did but it didn't look like it. They have a kicker that's got some insane record for -40 yard FGs in a row and the best punter so they ought to be able to fix things up. The Bears actually pulled a blocker on ST and it was clever n simple so I'm gonna guess no one falls for that again. Nonetheless if the Titans don't fix that, advantage Jets, if they do could be advantage Titans.
Callahan got too cute. Levis TWICE threw a dopey shovel pass rather than go down. Levis kept stepping left right into trouble before throwing and the WRs looked really flat. Oh and Chig didn't hit anyone but stood around rather than block. There's a lot of easy coaching fixes mentioned and Hopkins won't be tolerating weak WR effort so there's reason to believe the offense will be considerably better than ugly. I don't know if they'll be any good. Jets fans know my feeling all too well. I want to be excited about the young QB but I've only got one game to be thrilled about out of 9-10 games. The Titans have the athletes to be a real good offense but it all comes back to Levis. I'm mildly hoping for the rain.
(Levis giving) The Jets defense and/or offense getting great field position could very well seal this game.
I think this could be a surprise win for the Titans and am afraid I'll keep feeling that way before a lot of losses so...let's see
