Saying he's the best QB in Ravens history isn't saying a lot... outside of one good year from an over the hill Steve McNair in '06 their QB situation has always been laughably bad. I don't see top 5 potential with him. Too many holes in his game. He throws an accurate deep ball with great touch, but Cameron still has to keep him insulated because he doesn't have it upstairs. When the windows tighten up, he can make some awful decisions and his intermediate accuracy isn't great unless it's on a designed out. When he's got to think and go through multiple reads, his accuracy greatly suffers. Still has trouble reading the middle of the field too. A lot of his deficiencies get covered up by playing behind a very good o-line and with a coordinator like Cameron (not to mention, the check down security blanket that Ray Rice provides is HUGE, and it's a luxury not a lot of other guys have). He is what he is: an above average QB. He'll likely always struggle with consistency, will have some down years mixed in with some really good play. He'll have a string of 3 or 4 games where he looks very good, then he'll have a game where he looks like a rookie and is completely befuddled. In terms of just fantasy though, I think he'll be a nice option the rest of the way, but one thing that hurts him is that the Ravens don't really have a go to red zone guy, and they'd much rather pound it with McGahee in those situations. I don't think you'll get consistent TD production out of him unless he's consistently hitting the deep ball.
