Best part of this by far is Hardens GF believing his story that it was photoshopped. So awesome, props to Harden
Definitely some powerful jedi mind tricks there...Best part of this by far is Hardens GF believing his story that it was photoshopped. So awesome, props to Harden
The girlfriend probably knows what's really up, but she doesn't want to lose her meal ticket.Best part of this by far is Hardens GF believing his story that it was photoshopped. So awesome, props to Harden
and after reading you for years, I'll take it as a compliment.Fairly certain it would be impossible for Sweet J to miss your point. After reading you both for years, it's obvious that his intellect runs circles around yours.Way to completely miss the point of my post and instead regurgitate tired liberal tripe. Congratulations, you're a parrot.Every time I want to bow out gracefully, you people just keep posting these gems. It's funny, the white liberals that go to the greatest lengths to prove their affinity for minorities often have very little contact with said minority groups. I grew up with black people, my business partner is black, I have a transgendered person in my family, my family is of mixed race.... and so when I debate these issues it's not just an opportunity to bludgeon the other side with name-calling, it's personal.Well you can troll all you like Sweet J, but the unfortunate reality for you and the other Liberals in this thread is that I do care deeply about race relations. Unlike a lot of you phonies, I actually live in this realm. I am part of a mixed race family, and I do a ton of work in the community counseling and helping recovering alcoholics and drug addicts, many of whom are black. But keep painting me up as a racist if that makes you feel better. That's you, Tso, a "champion of the cause to end racism." I can tell by your posts that you care, deeply, about the cause to end racism. For me what's so LOLZ about the bolded is that it has never been the Liberal cause to end racism and discrimination. The day I discovered this sad truth is the day I left the party.
Now maybe I should say this a billion more times and I'll start to believe it.
You do know, don't you, that "some of my best friends are black" is a laughable way to go about arguing why a person's ideas are not offensive.
I've generally found that if someone has a good relationship with [Race/Class of people], he doesn't feel the need to remind others about his good relationship with [Race/Class of people].
reverse racsimWhat the hell thread is this? Two white people bang and we are discussing racism?
Appreciate that, and the feeling is mutual.I like you, Tso. You seem like a genuine guy. And I have no reason to think you are a racist (an overused term). I don't intend to troll. Carry on.Well you can troll all you like Sweet J, but the unfortunate reality for you and the other Liberals in this thread is that I do care deeply about race relations. Y'all gonna post an "after" pic on Tinder now?Appreciate that, and the feeling is mutual.I like you, Tso. You seem like a genuine guy. No offense taken. For the most part my disillusionment with the Liberal ideals I grew up with has moved me pretty far right. But I still have some pretty passionate Liberal beliefs. Just take a look at the Bruce Jenner thread. In the meantime, let's get back to trashing this hose-hound shall we?Nothing personal Tso, but the Democratic Party is better off without you if the posts in this board represent your true beliefs. Perhaps at one time you were in fact a liberal, but nothing in your posts suggests you are anything other than a stereotypical FoxNews conservative. For me what's so LOLZ about the bolded is that it has never been the Liberal cause to end racism and discrimination. The day I discovered this sad truth is the day I left the party. It's like saying that Farrah Flossit slept with Harden in an act of love.LOLZLet me get this straight...just so I don't misrepresent you. You'd rather focus on the supposed celebrity of the offender...rather than the offense?Sterling got killed because he's a billionaire public figure with a long history of racist practices who owns an NBA team whose players are largely black in a league whose players are largely black. If his biggest claim to fame was banging Blake Griffin instead of employing him and a bunch of other black guys while also being a long-detested billionaire NBA owner and slum lord nobody would care what he said. As silly as the whole whining about "reverse" racism thing has gotten these days, your example doesn't even rise to that level of silly. It's several levels of silly removed from that.Hey...don't let me stop you...carry on...apparently racist remarks should only be chastised if pointed at one particular race.We didn't know anyone from that frat in Oklahoma...but that didn't stop the outrage.9/10. Spectacular parody of the current trend of white males whining about over the perceived injustice of "reverse" racism.Owner from Clippers saw his side piece in a pic with a black guy. Had a private conversation asking her not to go out in public or games with black guys.Dude was labeled a racist and forced to sell his team and can't go to NBA games now.your choice of one word from that tirade is "cracker"?Sad that Hardens girl is getting no backlash for that racist reply to this pic.
This chick publicly goes off for all to see and straight up uses racist term...nothing...doesn't even register.
I basically shake my head over it and you now wanna call me out over it?
Flip the script on those races involved and see if it don't burn down the internet.
There's seriously something completely perverse with our nation right now.
Bonus points for comparing Donald Sterling to some random chick whose name nobody knows while in the same breath asking why people care about one and not the other.
People got up in arms when the DC staffer used the term #####rdly. Dude was forced to quit at some point because of it.
Incognito lost his livelihood over texts that were obviously back and forth sihttalking between friends but Martin used it as an excuse to walk away from a job he was losing anyway.
I'm just saying that it'd be nice if we treated racist notions and epithets equally. If someone says some ignorant crap and throws race in the mix...then they should be called on the carpet.
Or just consider it all free speech and move on.
I could give a damn who they are...you express racist views...then you should be called out for it.
It's weird how you pick and choose who to defend and who to rake over the coals.
And it's not just you...I'm speaking generally, there's an entire groupthink on this board and elsewhere that will get up in arms over racism. They'll throw around terms like bigot like they get points for it. But then you point out a racist comment or viewpoint from a particular side and they'll trip all over themselves trying to be the first to say, "Oh woe is the white male" and ridicule whoever brought the issue up.
Look...either champion the cause to end racism (all of its forms) or just get out of the way...because you're undermining the cause that some of you supposedly feel so damned strongly and superior about...
