***KC Chiefs(9-4) at LA Chargers(8-5)*** AFC West Showdown on Thursday Night Football (1 Viewer)

I hear you Caesar but...

You can also see others agreed with me, it was a pathetic take on his part
Agreed.  Didn't mean to say otherwise.  Very stupid statement by him.

I think he was simply trying to say that he was hoping that it was not as severe as it looked and scrambling for any reason it could be.  He would have been better to say nothing, IMO.

To be fair, that injury could have happened in basketball, hockey, even tennis. Its impossible to do anything about a guy hitting his head on the ground.

He wasn't shaking because it's cold. It's SoFi, not the frozen tundra of Lambeau.

Yeah, a very silly statement under the circumstance. I could see a rookie broadcaster being nervous looking for something to say on the situation but no reason for that comment from Buck

He has to downplay anything brain injury related as per Goodell.
So I don’t go this far. I think it was his way of meaning well. He’s just a totally dope and weird dude.

I don’t mind him and Aikman calling a game but in interviews or where Buck needs to talk about stuff outside of the game he’s watching well he is an odd guy.

I agree with you that Buck was trying to offer up some comfort for viewers and why is that?

-Well they had Erin Andrews and a very slow motion replay of him on the stretcher being carted off, that was terrible. We already saw it, we didn't need to see that particular moment in time slowed way down so everyone could feel horrible as Andrews says he was taken straight to the hospital...well no kidding Erin, thanks.

He might have felt like he needed to cover after what was shown on the TV, surprised the network allowed that replay in slow motion of him being carted off to be aired.

I would not even want to listen to anything he does outside of sports. It's bad enough having to listen to him doing baseball. I just wind up listening to the Spanish broadcast instead.

All good points.

Why they thought showing that again was the right move is beyond me.

Usually because the player gives a thumbs up, which Parham did. It was just uncomfortable to see.

It's cold here in L.A., my man. Like thirty or forty out.

That still was a stupid interlude on Buck's part. Should just let the picture speak for itself.
52 degrees on the field.

Very definite swing in momentum for the Chargers.

I know, analytics guys will tell you momentum doesn't exist, but they never could account for the human in things.

I live in SoCal, I walk out wearing shorts in this weather.

Or nothing. I’ll take my same prediction for LAC. Just need a passing heavy game script!! Make it happen boys!
I believe the Bolts will now drive down the field and tie this game up allowing for enough time and Mahomes to try and run the 2:00 offense

They could also take the lead as easily but I thin the Chargers are getting their sea legs now

I just can't accept this t mobile commercial with the guy from The League as a happy announcer.  He's going to always be a fantasy football ##### to me.

It was a bad decision to replay Parham being carted off in slow-mo, but where Joe is a doofus is when he says "We'll never, ever, ever, ever speculate.  Troy, hold this while I speculate."

I’ll take that and then a big 2nd half! But it will end up 17 -20 or something lame.
