You don’t think it was Lock’s speed on the edge?Nice play for the TD. They fooled em.
I was not expecting that no.You don’t think it was Lock’s speed on the edge?
I was being sarcastic. Was a good play.I was not expecting that no.
The late motion drew a defender away and good read by Lock.
Not sure if they can delay it or what. Lindsay is better anyway I think.why isn't Melvin Gordon suspended? i thought DUIs were on some list or something
Lock sucks. He throws so many late and behind passes. Has almost zero timing.Pick 6
Yeah, I've been thinking the same thing.Denver running the ball at will with Lindsay.
Shurmer: Time to put Gordon in and let Drew Lock sling the ball around
it was his first or second touch. the signing was so stupid and a slap in the face to Lindsay, who is and has been the far better RB ever since Lindsay broke into the leagueDid Gordon seriously get a few touches and fumbled?
it just gets worse and worse for him, remember when he was holding out last Summer?
He better show some improvement soon cause he has not looked good from what I have seen so far this year. He just looks uncomfortable and not confident every time he drops back.Lock has potential--he is young and these are the kind of mistakes young QBs make. Denver isn't going anywhere this year, so this is a good time for him to learn
He does have to tone down his inner-Cutler though and learn to throw it away.
I think Reid and Mahomes will take what the defense gives at this point. If teams refuse to let Hill run deep then they can run against soft fronts. Smart to add Bell in that case.Chiefs are slowly turning into a power running team.
I agree, but with this line would you feel at ease back there? He needs to understand every play is not 30 yards. He needs to work on his underneath route reading and they need to run, run, run more and pay Lindsay his money. He better show some improvement soon cause he has not looked good from what I have seen so far this year. Yep, the defense is playing well today all things considered. Lock just looks too careless. On the pick-6 play, the instant there was pressure, he just chucked it with no touch or anything, Just a terrible throw. Feels like he needs to be coached better as well.I agree but with this line would you feel at ease back there? He needs to understand every play is not 30 yards. I don't know if he is the answer, but this defense has been doing all they can to keep Denver in games.
hard to draw a firm conclusion here as since they are playing Denver and up 15, it's pretty much garbage time at this pointI'm surprised how many 3rd downs Edwards-Helaire has played so far. Last 3 weeks he really hasn't been in on 3rd downs much, he's been on the field for a good number of them so far.
Even in those situations Darrel Williams had been in. Here they're not just not defaulting to Williams either... I mean CEH went over a week w/o seeing a 3rd down snap.hard to draw a firm conclusion here as since they are playing Denver and up 15, it's pretty much garbage time at this point
Not like Elway would draft the right one anyway. I defended him before, but he clearly sucks at drafting QBs and hiring a good head coach. Hard to win in the NFL when you can't get either of those right.the crazy thing is Denver's D has played well holding KC's o to 10 points. Shurmer has schemed WRs open on nearly every pass play. But Lock has zero pocket presence, doesn't progress through his reads, and holds the ball until he's sacked. Except on the pick 6. He managed to get rid of it there. Same story different year for Denver, who stubbornly looks like they are refusing to actually tank for a real QB.
true story. team needs an owner. then a new front office. there is zero leadership and zero accountability for the guys in the fo.Not like Elway would draft the right one anyway. I believe the jury is out on Lock at this point, but the ownership issue needs to be solved and I think Elway needs to step down.true story. team needs an owner. then a new front office. there is zero leadership and zero accountability for the guys in the fo.
he fumbled a punt just now otherwise i wouldn't have known he was activeHamler is alive
