I'm in a 12 team keeper league that keeps 5 players. Total roster of 16 players.

6 pt. per TD, .1 pt. per yard rushing or receiving.

I have Devonta Freeman as RB # 1. He has a week 5 bye. I am trying to decide if I want to keep Ingram (also week 5 bye) or Terrance West as my RB # 2.

I wouldn't worry about the bye issue.  Keep whoever you think is the better player.  To me that's Ingram.
