Keeper league what Wr would you trade for Calvin johnson? (1 Viewer)

What about someone like Harrison or Holt who are getting up there in age.. Would you trade them before there value's drop Holt says he is about 70% right now..

Would anyone trade Roy williams for him ?

Partially my fault for mispelling it, I suppose. I had a professor named Burris, that spelling's stuck I guess.

If you're trying to rebuild a team, I suppose Harrison. I think Holt still has plenty of quality years left, I woulnd't move him for Calvin.Roy...no. He's a stud, and he's young, if youre trying to win now or rebuild, no reason to move him hoping Calvin brings in a few extra tds.

I know Calvin Johnson is supposed to be great...but I been burned in the past by drafting the Top rookie WR (Warrick, Terrell, Stallworth, Rogers). Do they not pan out because they don't end up on good teams?

2007 - Calvin Johnson, Ted Ginn, Dwayne Bowe, Robert Mechem, Craig Davis, Anthony Gonzalez

2006 - Santonio Holmes, Chad Jackson, Sinorice Moss

2005 - Braylon Edwards, Troy Williamson, Mike Williams

2004 - Larry Fitzgerald, Roy Williams

2003 - Charles Rogers, Andre Johnson,

2002 - Donte' Stallworth, Ashley Lelie, Javon Walker

2001 - David Terrell, Koren Robinson, Rod Gardner, Santana Moss

2000 - Peter Warrick, Plaxico Burress, Travis Taylor

Fitzgerald seems to be the only first WR pick to pan out, the vote is still out on Edwards.

I like Anthony Gonzalez chances out of the 2007 class...good team, will probably win the #3 WR position this year, and will eventually move to #2 in a few years...and won't cost you nearly what Calvin will.

Roy Williams, Andre Johnson, Stallworth, Walker, S. Moss, Burress and so far S. Holmes IMO have also panned out.

Calvin Johnson was going in the top 5 in a lot of intitial dynasty drafts. He should be behind ranked somewhere around 7th, in an area with Reggie Wayne and Roy Williams.
