In a keeper league.  These players are available now due to bye week pick ups:

RB Collis (Bal), Smallwood (Phi)

WR Watkins (LA), D.Parker (Miami)

Leaning towards Smallwood or Collins as RBs are harder to come by.  Thoughts?
