I haven't followed new englands offseason defensively and I'm hearing that they shored up their secondary. Was this done through the draft or fa acquisitions? Does anyone have a beat on whether or not NE will still make any fantasy wr a must start?

Also, if wright explodes in this game what is his role moving forward after britt comes back?

I think the plan is for Britt and Washington to play outside and Wright to back both up, plus be the slot guy. Just reading the tea leaves there a bit. But I did read that Wright was learning all of the positions in camp.

It seems like a lot for a rookie to learn.

As to Britt's role:

Cook finished strong with Locker and I don't think Damian Williams will become an afterthought either. The Titans are invested in Wright and Washington has a connection with Locker as well.

Britt's great numbers came from Hasselbeck in 2011. However, though he has scars on the knees, Britt is a talented beast. Locker will find him somehow as the season progresses. Wright might play well early, hit the wall, and Britt will become more relevant around week 8. Britt will be a buy low candidate through week 5 or 6. What I love about Britt is his ability to get open downfield for a scrambling QB. Locker will find him "loose" in the secondary a few times.
