FOX 2 in Detroit will be having a one on one interview with Kevin Jones tonight (3-25) at 11pm, during the "Sports Works" show. I'm sure it will be on the optimistic side, but at this point, at least it's something.

I'm not sure I will be home to see it, but I have to think someone will see it, and we can get an update on his injury.

"The rehab's coming along good. It's looking good for me to be ready by camp and I don't expect there to be any difficulty in the coming season."

"Tatum's a good football player. I'm sure he and I will compliment each other very well and hopefully bring a Super Bowl championship to Detroit."

Blah, blah. Etc, etc.

They had a little piece of the interview (it was taped), he said something to the effect of not being afraid of competition if you want to be the best.

... and hopefully bring a Super Bowl championship to Detroit."
He must be hoping the Steelers will win another super bowl in Detriot... because the only way a Super Bowl and Detriot are gonna get paired up, is if they are the host site of the title game again.
everybody was saying similar things about the Detroit Tigers this time last year and they went the the World Series. Different sport, but still. I'm not saying that the Lions will win it any time soon , but never say never.

I'm not smoking meth!!! I did pop 3 Norco though!

He said he is ahead of schedule in his rehab, and is doing some work on the treadmill, and some light jogging. He did not give a time when he expects to return.
