If no deal or injunction is in place before the draft, you are correct.
Based on the threads I've read here (so I could be mistaken), you can't trade veteran players for 2011 picks until a CBA is in place either.
Can't trade anything while a lockout is in place. Can trade players and picks if the lockout is lifted either voluntarily or by court order.
Pretty sure they can make trades involving only 2011 picks, but nothing else.

Hardly. I think he ok personally. There are quite a few in this thread who have basically said he sucks and is dog crap.
Define overrated. I think before Kolb is out of the league he will be a pro-bowl player and have advanced to at least one superbowl. I'd like all the FBG's talking about how bad he is to make their predictions. That way, in 4-5 years, there will be plenty of posts to dig up and comment on.
