Carl: Well, you see we are waiting for the first wave of free agency to end.

Keyshawn: King Carl, isn't it like the end of the second wave. Free Agency started like three weeks ago. Every top agent thats young and/or worth a damn has been overpaid by a new team already.
Carl: We'll we also have a long list of stuff to do before we sign players. Like re-signing Damon Huard and then paying big money to let Will Allen and Rocky Bernard in.
Keyshawn: Thats great so you are going to sign those guys to help the defense.
Carl: Sign. HA HA HA. You sure are funny. I just did that to make it look like I was doing something.
Keyshawn: So you're not doing anything with that 10 million in cap room.
Carl: I have a clause in my contract thatI get half of any money left. Anyways I think that KC has that aura that if I sit on my a** and don't talk to any player that they will come to me. Hell, there's no way T-Rich would leave. I'm just waiting for him to come to me. It worked with Huard. He must have been fending off the other teams.

Carl: Well let me do my math. It's march, Draft is in April, June cuts,.........The first wave should be over in early September.

But seriously guys why is KC so bad in free agency, they miss out on all free agent corners last year, overpay $55M AND give a second rounder to Miami for a corner who played average. Than overpay $35M for a LB who didnt do squat last season (Bell) combined with his complete idiocy on draft day (Sims, Siavii, Bartee to name a few) when is enough enough?
