With Koren Robinson being sentenced to jail for violating his probation... doesn't that mean the league will probably suspend him for a year soon? Could this be his last week? Or, will he be able to play out this year before being suspended?
He has to serve 90 days by March 1, 2007. This would mean he would have to start serving a little before December 1, 2006. I am wondering if there is a work release option. That would be interesting.

So if he can serve in February, March and April, it doesn't impact any playing time. But that is only the legal side and whether he also gets a suspension from the league or not is still up in the air.

I guess I'm confused am I reading this wrong?Judge Robert McSeveney, a visiting judge from nearby Kent, sentenced Robinson to 90 days in jail, and said he could spend half of it on work-release.
Robinson must comply with the sentence by next March 1, when another court hearing is scheduled.

This incident was already dealt with by the league. It is a suspended sentence from a previous conviction so even though he's been re-sentenced there is no new infraction for the league to punish him for.
