Lance Moore's affect on Meacham (1 Viewer)

Does Moore starting help or hurt Meacham? Is Meacham a starter on 2 wides?

excellent question. my gut tells me he hurts slightly. less targets, more mouths to feed, etc.......but they are playing much different roles. maybe he will actually help. homers?

I believe moore hurts henderson and sproles more than Meachem. I think Moore is wr1, graham is wr2 and sproles is wr3

Lance Moore will impact Sproles more than Henderson or Meachem. The latter two have the same basic skill set.

I don't think it has a major effect either way. Moore may cut into Sproles catches, but I don't think Meachem would get more than 4-5 catches whether Moore is in there or not. Moore should help move the chains against a tough defense, which could create an extra scoring opportunity or two for Meachem.

It hurts. If he plays and is healthy enough to be effective, he will be Bree's primary target all day. Henderson and Meachem will split time at the other spot and the slot, and their looks will be reduced. I still think that they are both startable, but more risky.

So the consensus is Moore will effectively be WR1 on the Saints with Colston out? He plays out of the slot, right?
