I didn't see the whole WAS/PHI game but from what I did see it seemed that WAS had him playing deep much of the day as opposed to letting him play the ball as he had in the first few games is that an accurate assessment, and a reason for the marginal production?

Yes, that's what happened. Looked like they weren't going to let Jackson and Maclin beat them deep.
