I downloaded it to play on the Wii. So now I'm passing the torch to my five-year-old!BusterTBronco said:Most of the old NES games can be played for free online now.Do a google search for "Tecmo Bowl online" and you'll find plenty of options.
I think we all felt the loss when we could no longer use 'Feagles' and 'Eagles' in the same sentences.I always thought it was a huge mistake for the Eagles to let him go.
best play: From the one yard line, hike the ball and run all the way down the field to the other end zone and launch a 100 yard pass for a 1 yard TD. championshipI downloaded it to play on the Wii. Ohhhhhh, good call. Loved playing the Bears with Peyton and the Bears D. I need to do this for the Wii that has collected dust since the second week after Christmas when my wife, who HAAAAADDDD to have a Wii, forgot it was downstairs attached to the 50 inch screen...I downloaded it to play on the Wii. Yeah Tecmo Bowl/Super Bowl and the NHL series on Sega consumed a lot of my younger life.sad day indeed...feeling my age...wish I knew how many hrs I'd spend playing TB and TSB. TSB and NHL94 for genesis are still my all time favorite sports video games.
SEGA NHL was awesome...one timers baby...!Yeah Tecmo Bowl/Super Bowl and the NHL series on Sega consumed a lot of my younger life.sad day indeed...feeling my age...wish I knew how many hrs I'd spend playing TB and TSB. TSB and NHL94 for genesis are still my all time favorite sports video games.
Stover wasn't in Tecmo. John Carney was though. He was still playing until December last year and could easily catch on again when some young guy flops.Matt Stover officially retired?
Especially with the four-player adapter. Or was that later? On Nintendo or PlayStation?SEGA NHL was awesome...one timers baby...!Yeah Tecmo Bowl/Super Bowl and the NHL series on Sega consumed a lot of my younger life.sad day indeed...feeling my age...wish I knew how many hrs I'd spend playing TB and TSB. Damn RIGHT! I could not remotely begin to count the number of one-timer goals that I banked w/Tomas Sandstrom playing that game.Do NOT trifle with an ugly Swede who owns a killer one-timer. Just. Don't.SEGA NHL was awesome...one timers baby...!
If you want to sell it PM me. My wife just HAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSS to have one.Ohhhhhh, good call. Loved playing the Bears with Peyton and the Bears D. I put up all my old PS1 games on ebay. Most didn't sell even for a buck. But the Tecmo SuperBowl with an Oakland Raider on the front fetched $20. I was happy to get it.If you want to sell it PM me. Ten yard fight anyone? Or does that justify my feeling very old.anyone else find the last series(III) that came out on Super Nintendo almost unplayable? f'ing super nintendo had a new fangled level 3D playiing field........which blazed the field for all future football games. it was not for me i had to bust out the sega version and get back to the more traditional 2D roots. thank god sega was always behind the times. gave me a few more good years of tecmo
