So Dez is gimpy. Austin is out. Ogeltree was benched for Robinsion. They are playing the highflying Lions. All that equals a good day for Robinson, who else is in?
5/75 and 1 TD

awesome call, add in how he has stunk most of his career and been a disappointment including being cut and the WR needy Rams parting ways with him and...phenomenal call!
Post was from Oct 2.and yes, Robinson is a WR2 here on out.Why only one week? Austin will miss 2-4. I'm trying to decide between him and Jacoby Ford and I'm leaning Laurent Robinson's way, although Bloom is trying to convince me otherwise.

He really didn't stink though. He just always got hurt whenever he started to produce.awesome call, add in how he has stunk most of his career and been a disappointment including being cut and the WR needy Rams parting ways with him and...phenomenal call!
meh you say that type of stuff about a rookie, not a veteran like him'PlasmaDogPlasma said:He really didn't stink though. I suppose one can't. Laurent's in his fifth year and has been a disappointment for a 3rd round pick that was in a great situation. Even last year with the WR hungry Rams. He has become injured at some bad times, but that doesn't account for when he's been healthy. In five years, 400 yards is about his high total for a single season. Plenty of NFL players have been cut after producing more than that. He's fortunate to still be getting chances.meh you say that type of stuff about a rookie, not a veteran like him'PlasmaDogPlasma said:He really didn't stink though. Kinda reminds me of Brandon Lloyds situation. Shown glimpses in his career goes to a few different teams and all of a sudden he goes off.I suppose one can't. Denarius. Laurent will be good for a week or two, but when Miles/Dez are healthy, he is relegated to being the third WR - D. Moore doesn't have entrenched starters in front of him and may be the WR1 in Oakland.'Hanz said:Would you guys rather have Denarius Moore or Laurent Robinson for the rest of the season?
Maybe. I don't wanna relook up each stat for Lloyd but sounds like you picked a good comparison.I remember Lloyd making these phenomenal catches and next to nothing otherwise. I felt like I was sure that he made a few circus catches that bought him time.I don't see opportunity in Dallas for Laurent in 2012. He has to step it up this season to earn another. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I was figuring Dallas traditionally fills that 3rd and 4th WR spot with some lesser pick they hope to develop. Younger Austin and Hurd for example.'lexdizzle said:Kinda reminds me of Brandon Lloyds situation. Shown glimpses in his career goes to a few different teams and all of a sudden he goes off.
You under sold him!So Dez is gimpy. Austin is out. Ogeltree was benched for Robinsion. They are playing the highflying Lions. All that equals a good day for Robinson, who else is in?5/75 and 1 TD
Yeah, but with Murray running the way he is, that might be commonplace. The thing is, Robinson would have had a much bigger day if the Cowboys didn't abandon the pass in the second half.
I started both Moore and Robinson and also benched Nicks. I knew that 20 point projection from espn for NIcks was insane.Would you guys rather have Denarius Moore or Laurent Robinson for the rest of the season?
I started him over Harvin.Someday I'll stop playing Sucktonio over him.
I love this bandwagon
What happens to him in week 13 when Austin returns?Boom! Pumped I picked up this guy.
Somehow I think he's going to find his way on the field...What happens to him in week 13 when Austin returns?Boom! Pumped I picked up this guy.
Thats the million dollar question. Robinson has been a td machineWhat happens to him in week 13 when Austin returns?Boom! Pumped I picked up this guy.

I'll worry about that when the time comes, but I hope he doesn't return. What happens to him in week 13 when Austin returns?Boom! Pumped I picked up this guy.
Miles needs to rest up and prepare for a big 2012.'flapgreen said:I'll worry about that when the time comes, but I hope he doesn't return.'Breesisdaman said:What happens to him in week 13 when Austin returns?'flapgreen said:Boom! Pumped I picked up this guy.
