I am stepping into a commissioner role this year for an Auction/Keeper league that does not have clear defined rules. I want to publish something and have everyone in my league approve the rules before the season starts as to avoid any uncovered situations (we had a few last year). I would greatly appreciate it if someone would share there league rules with me so I could use it as a template.

I run a auction/keeper league and rules will stay the same as a regular league. We have a $200 salary cap with a minimum bid of $2. You can bid up in $1 increments. We start 1/2/3/1/1/1 with 8 backups. We are able to keep up to 3 players, but you must give that player a 10% raise from last years bid (rounding up to the nearest dollar). For example, LT went for $96 last season and the guy has to use $106 of his cap space this year to keep him. This way, when we started, someone couldn't just keep the stud players right off the board. As far as free agents go, we have a $100 cap to start the season. We have blind bids every week for players and you may keep those players as part of your 3, but you have to follow the same rules. We are still in the early stages of this league so we're still working it out, but hopefully this will give you some ideas. Good luck!
