Does anybody know of a league website that offers a best ball format? ie it selects your best players each week for you depending on who scores the most.

MyFantasyLeague supports this. I am sure other products do too.

Fleaflicker shows you the optimum score. It doesn't provide the option to use that for the official score, but it's easy to change the boxscore after the fact.
