Blount starting over Daily Show, Choice and Starks.
The good thing he is not even on the bench. Albert is on the couch.Haynesworth way be an ########, but he's still a beast when motivated to play. You are happier having him on the bench.not like Haynesworth would have helped them anywayAlbert Haynesworth has been suspended 4 games without pay. Blount will be starting on many playoff teams in week 14 vs Wash
I had a dream last night that Blount broke the NFLs single game rushing record in todays game.Blount is a stud and should be started in all formats. The only thing worrying me is all the people on this board so hyped up about him, including myself. Whenever so many people think a guy is going nuts, usually the opposite happens. Luckily some of the RB threads on the sharkpool this week have been negative on him which is my only solice. One guy ranked him #23 and said: "i wouldn't want to have to start this guy." Let's all hope he balances out some of the jinx, lol.blount is a powerful and FAST back. He is perfect for the NFL. I'm just wondering who i can drop from my keeper list to keep Blount for next year.

How so?He doesn't catch any balls and over the last 6 weeks he has avg 20 carries fo 80 yds on the ground a week and about a TD every other week. What is so studly about him?Blount is a stud and should be started in all formats.
I haven't seen many (if any) calling him a stud. He is in a good situation that hopefully will improve with some better blocking...and...how good did Foster and Hillis look their rookie seasons? To me, he looks the part, should be improving every week and has a pretty nice schedule. For those of us not holding studs he's worth a start. How so?He doesn't catch any balls and over the last 6 weeks he has avg 20 carries fo 80 yds on the ground a week and about a TD every other week. Foster, Peterson, Peyton Hillis...those gys are studs. Blount is interesting but I am tired of reading he is almost an autostart at this point.
I started the season with Addai, Thomas and Portis as my RBs....so Blount is a stud to me right now.I haven't seen many (if any) calling him a stud. Unfortunately, I think Hillis is going to best him there, this week - and I'm playing against him.I'm rolling with Blount and Charles...sitting McFadden. Tough freaking call for me this week. Blount was averaging 7 yards a carry..he was running over every Lion in sight. Tampas OC needs to be fired!!I wonder if the Bucs horrific series at the goal line today will persuade the OC to put Blount back in as the goal line back.
The same guy that was negative on Mcfadden and had him ranked 14th I believe...the same Mcfadden that went ballistic that week (last week). The same Mcfadden I told him he was crazy to be so negative on...i guess you win some and lose some. What idiot said that? What a dummy.Blount is a stud and should be started in all formats. Yes, I've been bringing this up over and over, the one reason I am not sure to keep Blount next year is the Coach Morris (or OC, whoever decides these things). They have a 250 lb RB that runs incredibly strong. A couple weeks ago, they got inside the 10 on two different occasions. The first time, Blount didn't even get on the freakin field. The second time they were on the 2 yard line, gave Blount 1 chance and when he didn't get in on 1st down they start running trick plays and have the FB THROW A PASS. It worked, but is still the wrong call. Last week, countless times they were 3rd and 1, instead of giving to Blount they are throwing 50 yards downfield, throwing slants, etc. I mean, c'mon man.And then the disaster that is this week. With Blount being one of the BEST RBs in the league with efficiency measures, YPC, YAC, etc., it is absolutely insane that they continue with this type of playcalling. It is Blount's biggest value detracter in my opinion. Cadallac Williams is a horrible RB at this current time, Graham is well, Graham and Blount is a stud rookie RB. What is the coaching staff thinking not feeding the best 25 carries per game and all goal line and short yardage plays? Did you see Norv Turner and the Chargers against the 49rs? They handed Tolbert the ball like 6 times in a row inside the 10 on the same possession. It wasn't pretty, but you just knew what the result was going to be: a SD TD. This team should have 1 game plan inside the 10. Hand the ball 4 times in a row to Blount.what is a good conversion rate on the goal line? it seems if blount isnt 100% then they would rather throw fades to mike williams, which doesnt even seem the best wr to throw a fade to given how big benn is.tampa is a team i would hate to be a fan off. they have talent and a future elite qb but before the owner tires of rahims conservativeness and outright dogma this group will waste away.
I was listening to a postgame brief of the Bucs OC and he was responding to critisism of Coach Raheem Morris going conservative at the end of that game. Morris said he wanted his defense to "win the game" for him instead of "number 5", (Freeman). The questions continued until they asked why if they ran Blount 15 times and he had 110 yards on the ground...why did they take him out in favor of Cadillac Williams when they needed a first down to get the ball back and put the game at least into OT. The OC said they switched to Caddy because of ball control issues and they felt Caddy would be less likey to fumble. But that move shot them in the foot, as Caddy was stuffed and the Lions had no answer for the 250lb Blount. Bad coaching likely cost the Bucs this game. But it also illustrates that the Bucs aren't willing to ride the rookie when the game is on the line. I hope they have learned their mistake. Bucs should have won this game, but the coaches laid an egg.?Afterward, Morris said he was a young coach and didnt have an ego. How can you not have an ego? Morris needs to man up and own this loss, it likely knocks them out of the playoffs. After a PI gave the Bucs a first down and goal from the one they never gave Blount a shot. Freeman got stuffed and Graham got stuffed, then a penalty. Had to settle for a FG. The Lions had no answer for Blount. No doubt that Blount could have got it in if given a couple of chance. Tolbert gets stuffed as much as any back in the league yet Norv will pound him 2-3 times until he scores.Raiderfan32904 said:I was listening to a postgame brief of the Bucs OC and he was responding to critisism of Coach Raheem Morris going conservative at the end of that game.
