Lineup locking before 1pm (1 Viewer)

I know some systems would default to 12:55 pm back in the day, because I believe they left a cushion for it to "compute" and load. I just remember one my leagues had this as a default, and it was missed by us until something like this happened; we just thought it was 1pm exactly.
Not to sound like a doofus, but maybe the verizon time and the time the software uses are 90 or so seconds off?

Yes it happens quite often in fantasy leagues and pickums.
Generally an 5 minute before kickoff deal on sites that do it.
I would suggest to get everything done much earlier in the week
for the preliminary lineup at least, then no later than 12:30 game
day or at least an half hour before kickoff to make any "changes".

BTW, which league management software are you using?

Was using ESPN.. went back and forth on starting Julio or Parmele and when I finally decided to put Julio in at 12:58 it was too late.. talk about anti-climactic...
