He hasn't had impressive stats so far in a back-up role, but I suppose his old coach sees potential. Hopefully it is enough to cover the loss of Hall. We still look at trading down for DE?

I don't think they take CJ. Roy, Furrey and probably Curtis means they are addressing WR in ways other than via the draft.

I agree. Curtis settles the WR issue.CB is now the biggest issue on draft day. A trade down for Leon Hall would make lots of sense.

THe shame is they could take Calvin and still probably get Drew Stanton in round two if they wanted. THe lions are having a relatively nice offseason in my view. THey've added proven depth at RB and OT...they added a DE of some substance. At least they appear to be trying to win.

I could see Stanton in Rd. 2 easily if they went C.J. in the 1st. I think it's between Thomas and C.J. right now.

I could see Stanton in Rd. 2 easily if they went C.J. in the 1st. I think it's between Thomas and C.J. right now.

The Lions have a dire need at cornerback at the moment. I can't fathom them going offense offense in the first two rounds.

I've been putting off my entrance into the NFL, but with these salaries, I may have to consider it.
