It must edited because she does not walk out with the water sprayer.

Well, it looks like premeditated harassment. Also, I wouldn't be surprised if it was a new cat and they were training it. One of the easiest, most effective ways to train our dog as a puppy was to spray him with a little water if he started chewing on something he shouldn't.
