Little Mo J.D. will fly off the waivers.... (1 Viewer)

Little Mo was awesome at UCLA, and the concern was his height. The guys a "rock" and if you've noticed the trend for the last several years, the Pac 10 is producing some real good....NFL ready RB's. I know Arizona might think other.....but what was once considered a passing confrence after the old "Tailback U" days of USC.....some great finds are coming from the West. Jones Drew is a "dynamo" that will get his due in the NFL, and his lack of height might be an asset instead of a negative. If you can land him do it! Check out his UCLA highlight film on the 2006 draft videos and he'll make you see why Jax stold him in the 2nd round. Reggie Bush, Steven Jackson, Lendale White, DeShaun Foster etc. had more hype.....but this kid is for real too! :excited: :hifive: :IBTL:

needed to draft him. took him in dynasty & redraft. watched him at ucla and the kid was unstoppable.

Yep, he and Michael Robinson will be hot pickups this week. Fortunately, I've already snagged MJD in many of my leagues. He was VERY impressive today.

Re: Pac-10 backs, you forgot JJ Arrington! :lmao:

How come Pac-10 people have to make sure and mention their conference any time any of their players/teams do well?

It's not like Jackson/Foster/Bush/LenDale/Drew are lighting the league on fire or anything. I mean, there's a single team out there that's put up at least comparable guys at this point in their careers to that entire conference.

White's spectacular 1 for 2 rushing and 1 for 2 receiving today, along with not being able to beat out Travis Henry, is so freaking sweet I want to crap my pants.

I am selling MJD. He had a great performance, but I attribute much of it to the surface in Indy. He was very quick on that surface ala Quentin Richardson a few years back. MJD will have a good year, but will not be a consistent fantasy threat. I think Taylor will continue to see the bulk of the work.
