Why the hate? He seems like he's having a good time and not killing any lions or anything. The orange Marlins shirt is good schtick. It's much better than some John 3:16 advertising. And he always stays until the end of the game.

He's obviously a wealthy individual, maybe even sporting a FBG level of wealth, so I doubt he's struggling to afford some nice threads. There's no reason to wear the Marlins #### outside of it being loud and providing the 'LOOK AT ME!!!!' factor.

Of course there's a look at me factor. This is America (except on rare occasions when it's Canada). But the Marlins It's hard to think of another professional sports franchise that's that ridiculous.

Ironically, Pittsburgh's failure to beat up on the Reds and Brewers put them in their predicament. The Pirates played sub-.500 ball against the NL Central doormats while St. Louis went 25-13 and the Cubs went 27-11.
