Looting in Missouri after cops shoot 18 year old (5 Viewers)

Good statement by Obama.
sure .. always love when a president tells cops how to do their job.. "you need to work WITH the community not against them"
seriously - why is he involved with this case anyway? He should be focused on the country not one case in one local jurisdiction. Also love his arrogance in telling everyone what they should be doing. He is all in with his Emperor MO.
You're utterly ridiculous as a human being.
That was totally uncalled for.
its all good - he is showing his true colors. Let him carry on
Hey, if my "true colors" are pointing out when people are being ludicrous, I'm happy.

Three Beats headphones

Two Xbox

And a 50" Panasonic TV

Hands Up Don't Shoot?

I guess these people didn't listen to the Prosecutor
I don't understand why this is so hard to understand. What the prosecutor says only matters if you trust and respect the prosecution, the cops, the system, etc.

But there is massive distrust between minorities and the system. Often for good reason. If this were a stand alone incident, it wouldn't cause such a reaction. But if you can't trust the system, why should you care about what some prosecutor says?

When I was in college there were about 100 people milling about after a house party and some guys took an old couch off a porch and started it on fire in the street. People were pretty mellow. Police came and broke it up and drunks threw things or whatever. Maybe a dumpster was set on fire.

So guess what happened the next night? TV crews with their bright lights and on-scene reporter's were there to report on the "riot" and it was known they would be there. Cameras were rolling and people showed up to watch, along with the riot police. A handful of stupid ##### but no riot.

When a TV camera zooms in on a burning couch and a group of college students hooting and hollering and the news director calls it a riot it's a self-fulfilling prophecy. The cameras turned off and the show was over.
Hopefully now with the era of ubiquitous cell phone video, someone would record the larger picture and it would be put on YouTube and show how ridiculous a slanted news report like that would be.

Holy crap I am not lying. The just cut to a local protest in down town Phoenix. No kidding 10 white people and 2 black dudes with poster board signs.

Perhaps the saddest protest I have ever seen.

It's cool, I got a good potato salad recipe from one of your threads.
Yeah, lefties like to stifle free speech.
Nothing was stifled and people still got to thank Obama for higher gas prices:

If only there were some process, perhaps a legal process, to present conflicting accounts and statements, weigh them, and come to a verdict.
