At this point Howard has a much better chance of being relevant as Langford has looked very ineffective. The only issue is the Bears have that other guy as well but he is currently injured. If you have an extra spot I would definitely roster Howard right now. Booker will only see playing time if CJ gets hurt. Howard could be relevant with one more bad game out of Langford (and might even be relevant this week).

Yeah, Howard is looking like the better runner and even though I am a fan of Booker, he isn't going to see much unless something happens to Anderson. Booker is definitely a top 10 RB if that happens, but as things look right now I would definitely go Howard.

agree with the others - Howard should have a path to starting even if Langford doesn't get hurt. Booker only has value as an Anderson handcuff.
But if both Langford and Anderson both got hurt, then Booker by a mile, so if you're strictly looking for huge potential upside, Booker is your guy.
