In about 5 seasons according to this article.

Mike Sullivan, of the North County Times, reports San Diego Chargers RB LaDainian Tomlinson said he is likely to play no more than five more seasons after 2007.

Fantasy Impact: Plan accordingly.

Just reporting what I read.

Come on MOP, your better then that. Put the rest of the dish in the sub heading.

A RB at his age should just take it one year at a time. Hopefully he can play five more years, but the odds are against it.

I completely disagree, and I hate waisted time/posts.

but thi IS funny to me.

A reporter ACTUALLY put out a report saying LT would play no more than 5 years? And considers it WORTHY of publication?

A joke, and the reporters credibility is as well.

in other news Harrison, TO, Edge, Alexander, Favre....to retire within 5 years. 5 years is an eternity for a RB. Consider this crew of the top 20 rb's from 5 years ago...

Of those 20 backs, 9 are out of football, and there are maybe 3-4 relevant fantasy players left of that group? If he can get 5 more good/great years that would be unreal.
