And they had never lost after a bye under Payton until last week. The Saints under Sean Payton almost never fall behind by three scores (17+ points) at home.Milkman said:You would be shocked if GB goes up 3 scores quickly and NO abandons the run?
Green Bay has a substantially better pass defense than rush defense. According to Chase Stuart, after adjusting for current scoring margin, teams have run against Green Bay at a higher rate than against any team except for St. Louis and Oakland.I am not sure I agree with the notion that this game is set up for Ingram to succeed. This could also be a pass fest with each QB putting it up 40 times.
Definitely on my bench now.100 and 2.

hawkscreetch baby! let's get this SOD candidate back on track.100 and 2.

any more factors line up and a singularity may be created on the fieldIn an interview on CBS Sports Radio Saturday, Saints sideline reporter Kristian Garic indicated that injuries to running backs Pierre Thomas and Khiry Robinson could potentially mean "18 to 22" touches forMark Ingram Sunday night against the Packers, per CBS Senior Fantasy Writer Dave Richard.
The Packers rank 31st against the run, allowing 147.9 yards per game on the ground this season. Ingram has rushed for 159 yards and three touchdowns on 34 carries, averaging 4.7 yards per attempt.
I'm a little nervous after last week's performance, but have decided to get him into all of my lineups due to Bloom's sky high ranking. Its so strange reading people`s thoughts on this game...what more could youask for? Some of you act as though Ingram is splitting carries with 3 other RB`s and they are playing a top Run D ...blows my mind
i understand that ...but as a flex hes a must add seeing he will probably put up RB 2 numbersI'm a little nervous after last week's performance, but have decided to get him into all of my lineups due to Bloom's sky high ranking. Its so strange reading people`s thoughts on this game...what more could youask for? He was and Ingram only had 29 total touches. That's low end RB #2 opportunities despite his high production. It takes two injuries to give owners hope, that's on Payton.Wasnt Peyton the coach the first 2 games of this season? ya i thought soshadyridr said:sean payton blows my mindBustedKnuckles said:Its so strange reading people`s thoughts on this game...what more could youask for? I agree. This is what Ingram owners have been hoping and praying for. I understand the skepticism in regards to Payton but Ingram owners won't find a better situation then this and if Ingram wants big free agentBustedKnuckles said:Its so strange reading people`s thoughts on this game...what more could youask for? then he certainly will be motivated to bring a little extra something, something. It's all aligning for a positive outcome.
then he certainly will be motivated to bring a little extra something, something. It's all aligning for a positive outcome.Rushing and receiving yards all count the same for me.10 carries for 48 yards with still five minutes to the half. WOuld be nice to see a catch or two but hard to complain at this point.
Ingram, at 10 carries for 48 yards, is averaging a very healthy 4.8 yards per carry. I con't think it's fair to say that NO did it backwards by opening with a lot of Ingram rushes. It's working.I thought they should have come out throwing and then fed the beast. Green Bay came into the game knowing they had to stop the run. Instead NO ran a bunch right away and although Ingram has been very good Green Bay had the defense keyed to stop him. They did it backwards.
Depends on scoring.Cadet out scoring Ingram at half as I suspected. If Ingram doesn't get in the end zone that will continue.
Don't forget his reception. Color me impressed.79 yards with 12:42 to go in the 3rd quarter

clowns to left of me ,jokers to the right48 yards at the half against the worst run defense in the NFL? Color me unimpressed.
