Saints will not let this happen.Mark Ingram would become a free agent if he's named first-team All-Pro. He's a bit of a long shot. But if he does in the next 6 games what he's done in the last 6, he'll finish with 1,442 rushing yards and 16 TDs

Interesting!
Tex
would really suck if they put him on a pitch count the next 4 weeks... really suckWouldn't surprise me if that had something to do with him playing a season low 39% of the snaps last week.
This. He had 11 rushes in both the LA game and Was gameTed Lange as your Bartender said:I'm hoping it was simply a game script issue (they were playing from behind for the entire game) and not a sign of a shift or trying to short circuit his FA chances.
Gane script shouldn't be a problem down the stretch outside of maybe the game in Atlanta
Ingram got a goal line carry, maybe two actually, on that possession. His value is plummeting. Kamara getting goaline carries and sucking up a lot of any screens Ingram may have gotten.
Add the fact that I'm pretty sure he banged Payton's daughter at some point or something and he's definitely trending down.
He had one. They ran a pass and kind of looked his way as well.Ingram got a goal line carry, maybe two actually, on that possession.
Works well when they do work both in...nice combo. There you go Ingram. See how easy it is.
Feel the same way about my squad. Guess I should count myself lucky that I have a bye this week.My team is falling apart
Same but I'm thinking about handcuffing him even though I also own Kamara. This backfield is just so valuable that I want to monopolize it, even if it's to block other owners.renesauz said:Luckily I'm on a bye this week![]()
I rostered Williams in a dynasty for this reason. I think they brought him on board for a reason (a guy that could handle Ingram's role if Ingram got banged up, as he is wont to do). Edmunds does play a ton of special teams, so I think your line of thinking has merit.Same but I'm thinking about handcuffing him even though I also own Kamara. So, Williams or Edmunds? My guess is Williams since he has more NFL experience and I believe Edmund's main draw and the reason he made the team was because of special teams.
Yeah same, it's just an educated guess. I mean, I'm assuming Lasco would have worked ahead of Edmunds if he didn't get injured. I remember reading an article about how Edmunds was a real long shot to make the team but impressed on special teams. The game in which he got burn was the game vs. BUF where Lasco got injured and was taken out on a stretcher. They signed Williams the following week.I rostered Williams in a dynasty for this reason. No idea how it actually plays out though.
Exactly, and the RB coach is Williams' former position coach at Arkansas.Yeah same, it's just an educated guess. As a Kamara owner, I actually want Ingram to play. They complement each other so well and there is plenty of production to go around. I'd be shocked if he really doesn't playMark Ingram - RB - Saints
Mark Ingram (toe) is questionable for Week 14 against the Falcons.
Ingram was again listed as DNP on Wednesday, putting him in actual question for Thursday night in Atlanta. He's looking like a potential game-time decision. If Ingram sits, Alvin Kamara will be an even more elite RB1 play.

Man, that's a tough call! IMO, if active, I'm not benching IngramEven if he plays, he could easily end up with his lowest # of touches in a game. Starting Lamar 'I'm looking for a place to lay down' Miller with zero confidence.
I've been burned both ways. Started stud with injury only to see him sit down after a few carries. Not start him and watch him outscore everyone else I have. The fact that Kamara can carry the load is why I'm going with craptastic Miller.Man, that's a tough call! IMO, if active, I'm not benching Ingram
Yep. Good news is it's the Thurs game. Thinking it's Gio for me...looks like i'm going to need to bench ingram. i can't possibly trust a RB with a bad toe when the Saints have a fully capable Kamara to carry the load all game can I?! I have depth and can plug in Carlos Hyde instead but lord help me if I do that and Ingram goes off.
What if you don't play Ingram and Mixon gets cleared?Yep. Good news is it's the Thurs game. Thinking it's Gio for me...
I'll play McKinnon. I have to win and win big so chancing a 0 is the only thing I can't afford. If he's active, I'll probably play him but if Mixon doesn't practice tomorrow, I'll risk Gio.What if you don't play Ingram and Mixon gets cleared?
Rest up Ingram. Sorry non-bye folks.renesauz said:Luckily I'm on a bye this week![]()
Go get Gio yesterday.Have Crowell or Morris (one was already likely to be in my lineup) and now Mike Davis too.
Could even still get Gio and Barber
That requires being a bit tricky with my roster.Go get Gio yesterday.
Charter member of that club right here. AB outscored the guy I started over him on the 1st Steeler playGot to start him, don' over react like A Brown owners did last week
Huge difference though. That was a monday game so some owners made a tough choice. This is Thursday. We’ll know if we should or not way ahead of time.Got to start him, don' over react like A Brown owners did last week
Yeah Juju disappointed.Charter member of that club right here. AB outscored the guy I started over him on the 1st Steeler play![]()
