According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Marshawn Lynch (back spasms) is expected to play versus the Cardinals on Sunday.

Schefter adds that head coach Pete Carroll and the Seahawks will be "mindful of the workload" they give him on Sunday, though. On Saturday night, it was reported that Lynch would play barring "something crazy," so this falls in line with that. According to Pat Kirwan of CBS Sports, Lynch is likely to see 10-15 carries at Arizona. In which case, rookie Robert Turbin would see closer to 8-12. Keep in mind, the Seahawks and Cardinals don't kick off until 4:25PM ET. Sep 9 - 9:32 AM

Dont like the 10-15 carry limit, but my only other viable option is Turbin. Unless inactive, I need to (probably most of us) roll with Lynch.
