Matt Forte is a stud RB in the NFL. He has earned that distinction. He has Michael Bush taking short yardage and goal line rushes. The Bears are winning games - great Defense, and explosive well-balanced Offense - so far. Matt was injured and has rehab'd his way back. His projections show good yardage, yet a less than studly chance for TD's, which hurts his value as a top tier stud fantasy RB.

Now, all that being said is Forte still a stud fantasy RB? Will he score enough TD's to help win championships?

Depends. In my case I drafted him for his Receptions and rushes in a PPR league. Obviously much more valuable. Forte is a guy you draft not for the TDs but for the catches and yards he gets.
