Look's like Carolina's fantasy hopes have just come to a screeching stop.

Only hope I have is DeAngelo if he gets healthy. Always gets off to a slow start and if Otah can get back on the field it should help with the O-Line issues.

I have very little faith in Jimmy Clausen right now. I understand the situation is difficult, but he hasn't shown anything this season in the action he has had!

In all seriousness, I hate to see Moore get injured. I think he has a lot of potential and could flourish under the right circumstances. I hope that he gets another shot, either with Carolina, or more likely, with another team after he is cut.

It wouldn't be a bad fit. I honestly hope that he comes back to Carolina and gets a chance to at least compete for the job once the new coaching staff is in place. I don't see Jimmy Clausen earning the starting job if there is a true competition.

Clausen is beyond horrible. He doesnt even look like an NFL qb. Some of the throws he made yesterday you have to wonder if even studies the playbook.

A part of me wants to see Edwards play as a qb. He probably would make it about 3 series before he was chopped in 2. He is listed at 187 but I have to think he is smaller than that.

Apparantley 3 teams inquired about him before the trade deadline and Hurney said no. Same with Dwill who is a free agent this year.

Well we would have traded the draft pick for dozen day old donuts and quart of expired milk so it really doesn't matter.

i'm debating a play for him in my dynasty league. almost any change of scenery would be good for smitty. there is no way in hell he stays with a re-tread coach and lame QB. after the past few years, he's too proud to waste the next few years on rebuilding.

The way I understood it, Edwards is simply going to be listed as the emergency 3rd string quarterback. They are still using him like a WR, but he's available at QB if he's needed. He will most likely continue to be inactive, only now he can play QB if Clausen and Pike both get injured.
