You know what I can understand losing 41-0 will frustrate a player. But ripping your team and the head coach does not make the situation any better. Having an internal meeting with the team and discuss areas of improvement is what MJD should have done. Saying that you are the "highest paid decoy" in the league and taking it public is bull####. You are a paid professional football player. I expect MJD to be classier than this. In our time we deal with basket heads like Owens. Why would he want to put himself in the same category is beyond me. I would not be suprised if Jennings see more playing time against Stl when the game is out of reach.

JDR should suspend him 4 games for conduct detrimental to the team. Then, after losing 1/4th of his salary for the year, he won't be the 2nd highest paid decoy anymore.

This would only be fitting.

At least week 6 is a 1:00 K.O. so we'll be able to replace MJD in our lineups once JDR makes him inactive... The nightmare scenario would be JDR, being JDR, having Jennings take half the snaps to "prove who is in charge."

I know a couple of people mentioned this, but if I was Reggie Bush and I turned on Sportcenter this morning to find another NFL player equating their sucky situation to being only slighty worse than me, I'd be pretty ####ing pissed. not that it isn't true, mind you.
