McClure's BBQ (2 Viewers)

Shirt purchased.... if I ever go anywhere cool again, I'll post photos in the shirt for sure.

Tipsy, what's a recommendation for usage of the rub if you don't have a pit/smoker to do any real slow 'n' low BBQ? Would it work well for a grilled ribeye or something like that?

I will take a picture in the shirt in front of the Eiffel Tower in a few months, mark it down.

I use the "rub" as my meat seasoning on all meats. just sprinkle a little or a lot. Don't forget it has no salt & pepper added...thats up to you.

So, I just ordered one. But I think I ordered a small. I need a large. How do I go about changing that?
diet and exercise?
lol. I'll never be a small. I'm getting near my lower weight limit now as it is. I just have a wide upper back.
Ordered as well. I would suggest finding a small friend.
#### that. They ain't getting my $25 shirt!
Or you could take a picture in it with a JoeT nametag and claim that it shrunk when you dried it.

Fantastic. I'm thinking a hearty dose of rub and some kosher or cracked sea salt would make a nice grilled/pan roasted ribeye.

It is phenomenal on steaks EG....enjoy.
I'm sure I will GB, thanks for the add-on. I dig the shirt a lot, I'm going to rock the hell out of this, ideally whenever I'm around people that either love BBQ or frequent New Orleans (I actually do know quite a few of each) so I can help spread the gospel.

I MAY Have grabbed a couple pinches while packing the baggies and put it on some 20oz NY Strips.

Very good in it's own right. With a little Oomph from S&P would have made it legendary. (This was before I tasted it and knew it was a base rub without S&P). It's damn good stuff.

I'm actually currently working on a small card to be included with the rub/shirts to explain that factor (base rub, add salt/pepper/sugar to taste). Tipsy, shot you a text with a rough mockup for now.

you have to contact them directly....I have no input on that end
just called customer service. Took less than a minute to fix. They actually have people that answer the phone there. Kinda refreshing to not have to deal with an automated service.

These guys are good folks. I played HS lacrosse with the "business guy" of the partnership that is Sache. Probably one of the sharpest guys I know. Has his hands in all sorts of entrepreneurial stuff around the city. If anyone has any issues they will make it right... which is why I hooked Tipsy up with them.

All this McCBBQ talk is making me sad I won't make it down to check out the place till january :(

For the record I believe there was enough rub for the first 60-70 orders to get samples. I don't recall the final tally. Each shirt SHOULD ship with two small baggies that are a little over a tablespoon each. Once mixed out to taste it should be plenty for a good slab or two, maybe a small butt, a few steaks, etc.

american horror stories filming across the street today (fx show). Just had more people walk in over the past 10 mins than all of lunch . they were supposed to show up tonight.
