Anyone dropping Meachem? Big disappointment so far. Who would you drop him for..likes of Hester or even Cribbs?
Heh....wouldn't surprise me in the least.6-167-2...
Wouldn't surprise me if those were his year end totals either. Frustrating player for sure.Heh....wouldn't surprise me in the least.6-167-2...
He will have two games like that. But catching them is a crap shot. I think I would rather have a guy I know is going to get 7-8 targets every week and put up points. Oh the joys of owning NO players outside of Brees.Heh....wouldn't surprise me in the least.6-167-2...
Yeah, I owned Colston last year, so I know... And I'm starting Moore this week (on my bench last week), pretty much expecting a 2/24/0 line.He will have two games like that. didnt Arrington clear waivers?still bitter Adrian Arrington was waived without getting a chance. I've never noticed him NOT producing yet how many sporadic WRs do the Saints have? There's even favorable practice reports on the web, preseason games, camp reports.... the guy deserved a shot.
Yes, and he's on pratcice squad now.But Saints WR's are not sporadic because they are not capable; they are sporadic because they're gamplanned in and out from week to week.didnt Arrington clear waivers?still bitter Adrian Arrington was waived without getting a chance. Sorry but I feel like this is a lame excuse. They have their fair share of home-run hitters and Payton sure does like to go for the jugular at times which, if it fails, could limit their productivity, but asking a starting WR to grab 3-4 balls a game is hardly asking much of a player.Target data shows some fluctuations for sure, but there's matchups for every team every week that they try and exploit. But Saints WR's are not sporadic because they are not capable; they are sporadic because they're game-planned in and out from week to week.
I think he makes a good #4 WR or bye week fill in. With upside to be a WR 3.I was surprised to see Meachem get dropped in my main dynasty league last week and am trying to decide whether or not to blow a high priority on him after he showed some signs of life this past weekend. Anyone still high on this kid or is he not worth the inevitable frustration even in dynasty?
If you need a bye week filler that is a coin flip to put up 10+ or 0 then yes, he is.LittlePhatty said:Is Meachem "pickupable" again?
