-Side Note, Mrs and I went to the beach down here in FL couple hours before sunset, I made us both a cocktail to enjoy, she likes vanilla stoli n coke but she doesn't drink often

We are having a seafood boil tonight. Lobster, shrimp, mussels, clams, andouille sausage, potatoes, onions, Cajun spices, lemon, and some other stuff. My wife got tired of the question.

Mrs did manage to pop up after a 2 hour nap and we made a half batch of chex mix in the 10 o'clock hour that lasted us thru Christmas to munch on, I finished it this morning, yummy
Yesterday was just one long party all day, didn't even turn the TV on unless it was YT - all the Xmas classics easy to stream
Also made Triple Mac n Cheese on Christmas, might do it again for NYE, almost a dish on its own
Part cheddar, part gouda and part gruyere, De Cecco Cavatappi, all goes in a dish and then cover with more shredded cheese and panko crumbs into the oven to bake/brown
The key ingredient is we put cayenne right into the Roux when we melt the cheese before pouring over the pasta, gives it the right amount of kick
-I'm thinking of adding bacon next time
Hope everyone enjoyed time with family or some quiet time to yourself to do whatever you desire
