It's not even the whining that's the worst part. It's a program that is designed to run in Windows, not on a webpage, so naturally it needs to be installed. I suppose it's a positive that at least there was no complaining that he has to turn on his computer and/or monitor.
MFL is something of a holy grail around these parts. Any views otherwise are not tolerated and you will be ruthlessly attacked. MFL has no flaws or short-comings, period.I have never played in a league on MFL. However, from what I can gather, I should disown my family and friends and switch to MFL only leagues. It must be kind of like crack. You can live your whole life without it but once you try even a little nothing else matters.

MFL has been reliable, but my appreciation of their service is waning. Those of us on macs still can't use any of their programs, and they still don't offer any online auction (other than the slow email version).
Meanwhile, sites like Yahoo have become increasingly customizable and are completely free.
It's getting harder to justify the $80. I'm not interested in making my league site look like some sort of myspace page, and their default skins are ugly.
There, there's some criticism, and I've had two leagues with them for years.
