This is a new low. Guy can't even admit he made a mistake (which isn't new), but to actually have the facts in front of you and then purposefully downplay them just to save a little face is disgusting. I'd love to see his reaction to this video and/or be confronted on the "a couple" comment.

I know a few people from LI, and I used to think they had harsh accents. Literally monotone compared to "Sitting Bull." Keep on keepin on!

I happened to be listening earlier today as they're doing this new host contest, and as judges are giving feedback you can hear Mike in the distance trying to interject, once, then twice, and finally "PUT MY MIC ON!"

I'm sure it's been posted but RN will get a kick out of it.

 
Guys, cut him some slack. He's usually pretty nice to the people that work with for him.

"Someone tells you they saw a game on TV, you have to believe them..." - but then I'll waste 10 minutes of radio time repeating over and over how I don't think that game was on national TV.

I was listening to this live and you just want to scream "let it go". What made it worse the old guy followed that up by saying Kenny Lofton bunting on Jim Abbott in the ninth to try and break up a perfect game was even worse than the Juan Maricial incident, and Mike has to be all self righteous about how Lofton did nothing wrong blah blah blah, instead of just blowing the old guy off and moving on.
