Mike Bell trade value right now (1 Viewer)

I really don't want any part of the Denver RB situation, but I was able to pick up Mike Bell. I'd like to move him ASAP to help my team at another postition. Just wondering what kind of deals people are working--I'm sure a lot of us are in the same boat. The fact that I was able to pick him up at all suggests that people in my league may not be as excited about him as I thought. Also interested if you traded him to the T. Bell owner or not.

Please, no discussion on how Mike will do going forward or if he's the starter--there are already 10 or so threads touching on these topics. Please stick to trades only. TIA.

Your best bet is CLEARLY the TBell owner. I am the TBell owner in my big $$ league and I will not likely get him this week off our WW since I have such a low priority number (one of the disadvantages of trotting LT out each week :) )

I would trade my WR3 in a start-3 league or a solid b/u QB (if I had one) to secure MB behind TB. Not sure if I'd trade my starting WR2 in a a start-2, but i'd trade my WR3 who performs like a WR2 (if that makes any sense).

In short, I do not believe I would disrupt my starting lineup to secure him, and I have the most vested interest in securing him. Since TBell was a "bonus" RB2 anyway, based on his ADP, I would rather relegate him to the bench and hope he comes through in a week or two and try to survive with the guy I had originally pencilled in as my RB2 or whoever I have grabbed as an RB2 (for instance, I took Bush as my RB2 and he didn't pan out, but I also picked up M J-D, and he will now be my RB2).

You MIGHT get me to trade M J-D or Bush straight up for MBell, but not likely.

Mike Bell just went for Edwards in my DYNASTY league. I thought it was a very good trade. It did have 3 vetos.

I saw Tatem in a outstanding offer also with 2 different owners. Seperate trade 6 player deal.

I had MBell early in the season -- when he was actually splitting carries with TBell -- and I couldn't get the TBell owner to give up anything. I'd rather keep MBell than trade him for anything less than a starter.

I know this is off topic, but I don't think Mike Bell will steal Tatum's job and be a "feature back" unless he just absolutely kills it the next few weeks.

I think Shanahan will do what he said he'd do in preseason - limit Tatum's carries, but use him as the primary back.

If Tatum can manage the pain that comes with turf toe (remember how badly turf toe hit Chris Brown?), Mike Bell will be a vulture instead of a RBBC member. Remember that Shanahan gives his injured players plenty of opportunities to show they can play through their injuries.

Dammit, Marc. Didn't you read my instructions? :D . As always I think the Denver RB situation is high risk, high reward. You could very well be right, which is why I think a lot of us would like to move Mike while things look good for him and bad for Tatum. So, anyone else gotten a deal done?

I have offered Coles and Mike Bell for Andre Johnson in my big money dynasty to the Tatum Bell owner. Is it a fair offer???

One of my worst draft mistakes this year was drafting Mike way to hi several times.

Will I finally be awarded? I wasn't last week because he was on all my benches. I am inserting him this week but I have to stay realistic.

Indy can't stop any RB and up until last week Mike had done nothing.

I don't own Tatem anywhere so obviously I am licking my chops at Mikes chance for now. But will it last? I don't think anyone can answer that just yet. Not even Shanahan himself. It will be a week to week feel as you go project who arries the load is what I think.

Cobbs still could be a wildcard play somewhere down the road too.

picked him up off waivers (very small rosters), and am trying to get something for him from the tater owner. i suppose i would accept a #3WR, but will ask for a #2. so, to levin's point, i don't think his value is line-up-shattering.

Just traded MBell for Kitna. I want no part of this mess in Denver.
Were you hurting for a quarterback that badly?I'll agree that the Bronco backfield can be a real headache producer, but the reward for holding on to Mike Bell is potentially so high.We already know that Tatum Bell has a very nagging turf toe injury. We've seen how they can render great players worthless. He has it in BOTH feet.We also got a glimpse of what Mike Bell is capable of last week. Grabnted, it was against a weak Indy defense, but his razor jukes and cutbacks, especially on that forty yard run towards the end, were awesome.Worst case scenerio, is that Taum heals up and they split carries. Best case is, Tatum ends up getting shelved for the year and Denver has a top five to ten fantasy back.Obviously, if you're super-loaded at running back and are desperate for a quarterback, do the deal, but if you have the roster space and the patience to see how this works out, hold on to Mike Bell. It's all about risk/reward.

*Keeper League*My other RBs: SJax, Westy, Bush, Maroney, Jacobs, and McGaheeSo yeah, I've got a decent crew of RBs :D , and I'm worried about Grossman down the stretch, so I felt like it was a cheap insurance policy. I definitely agree that Mike could be worth something (I have both Bells in another league), but I honestly think I'd rather have none than just one. Not worth dealing with Skeletor and the coachspeak. But I can definitely see why a lot of owners will want to hang onto him.I felt like I had a chance to unload him at a position where I'm deep to get some insurance at another position. I agree Junior, its a risk/reward situation, but the headaches that come along with it are more than I want to deal with.

You're stacked at running back. That's not a bad deal.

in one league i have witnessed owners offering the following:

w lundy

d foster

r brown

no response to any, as far as I know, but the offers are on the table

Who is a better pickup to a non Tatum owner....Mike Bell or Wali Lundy?
Lundy by a landslide, esp considering Houston's remaining schedule.
If this is based on who has a more convincing lock on the starting role right now, I'd tend to agree, I guess. However, keep your eyes on Tatum's health. If there's any indication that, as a result of health or performance, Mike Bell becomes the man in Denver, I'd bet his will blow Lundy's numbers out of the water.

I think it depends what you're looking for. If you must have some guaranteed points each week, Lundy is the guy. IMO his ceiling is not as high as Mike's so if it's a pickup to stash on your bench, go with Bell.I offered Mike Bell and Chambers to the Tatum owner for Carson Palmer. He is very thin at rb so I'm hoping he bites.

I offered Mike Bell for Coles to the Tatum owner in a start 3WR/3RB league. I'm hoping the fact that Coles is on a bye week might entice him a little bit more.

Lamont Jordon or Mike Bell?

#4 RB (Start Two behinf LT2, FWP, Gore) so I am lookng for the guy that has the best chance of exploding into a top 10 guy (I know slim with either). MBell is on the WW along with J. Lewis. I am debating who i would rather have. This tread makes me think maybe MBell is the u to try.

I raped an owner..he is in a must-win situation & Westbrook is on bye. he proposed Westbrook for Mike and I grabbed that sucker as soon as it hitmy screen. Now I have been offered T. Bell. What is his worth? Maybe get him for Maroney?
