For all the MJD owners who were counting on him, this is his chance to carry us to a championship!Per CBSsportsline
News: The Jaguars might be without running back Fred Taylor for the rest of the season. Taylor was getting a second opinion on his injured left thumb Wednesday before deciding whether to go on injured reserve. That could lead to Jacksonville leaning on Maurice Jones-Drew to handle the entire rushing workload for the last three weeks of the season. Jones-Drew has already been playing well, scoring at least one touchdown in all but five games this season (12 total) and would certainly benefit from seeing more than the 12-to-17 carries he sees on a weekly basis.Analysis: Be prepared to consider Jones-Drew a bona fide No. 1 Fantasy RB if Taylor is placed on IR. Even if he's not, Jones-Drew should be in most active lineups as a great top-end No. 2 option. His matchup against the Packers, whose run defense stinks, will only make his numbers that much better in Week 15.
