Vic Ketchman, who extensively covers the jags, was told that the sprain was thought to be mild. Not much of an update, but it is something. You can see his comments on the Jags live coverage now at Jaguars.com, at around the 8:30 update on the front page.

The Associated Press reports Jacksonville Jaguars RB Maurice Jones-Drew (ankle) suffered a sprained ankle Saturday, Aug. 23, and did not return. Head coach Jack Del Rio said Jones-Drew is OK. "He would keep going if we let him," Del Rio noted. He finished the game with one carry for negative-4 yards.
