PI is no longer reviewable (it might be to determine if the pass was deflected). The ones that are are 12 men on the field, running out of bounds on a reception or tackle, and illegal forward passes. There might be more, but I can’t remember.

They can't review any penalties (or absence of a penalty call). There was one season where PI could be reviewed and it was sabotaged by the reviewers/officials.
